A stolen book leads adventurers to a tower in Candlekeep that is more than what it seems. This adventure strikes a more light-hearted tone than the others, but the mystery and its revelations are well worth the journey.

Quite a different oneshot than I was expecting, and Candlekeep is definitely not what I was expecting, but in a fun way. And AjaxDM does a lovely job of bringing it to life and showing us the peculiar place 🙂 .
This one has quite a kooky theme to it, which I like. It’s always hard to get the balance between combat, mystery solving and RP right with these one shots. This one gets it about right though, thanks to AjaxDM’s ability to keep things moving.
This was my first time playing a Candlekeep adventure, and I loved it! Super fun, with memorable characters, a unique setting, and lots of things to uncover. AjaxDM does a great job setting the scene, playing NPCs that are memorable, and keeping the game fun for everyone, even newbies like me!
